Through attentive exploration within the field of opposites, the yogic practitioner learns to harmonize opposing forces in order to awaken to the central position. In this 3-session training, the Effort / Surrender continuum will be explored at both the gross physical and refined levels in order to assist participants in finding greater ease and firmness in their sadhana.
Each session will begin with a lecture designed to ignite intuition and inquiry, and set up the guided practice to follow. Time will be allowed after practice for Q & A.
ATTENDANCE AND CLASS RECORDINGS:
It is strongly recommended that participants attend the live classes if possible. All sessions will be recorded, and the link will be sent out to all registered participants after each class, so if a session is missed, or you wish to review it, you will 14 days to do so. The course will build progressively, so it is important to take the classes in sequence.
FOR WHOM
This course is designed for all students who participated in either "The Essential Lessons of the Preludes" course and/or "The Keys to an Advancing Practice" course taught in 2020 and early 2021. Students who did not take either of these courses but are experienced with all three Shadow Yoga Preludes may also participate. Modifications will be given during the practice sessions so that all are challenged and supported. Please contact Mark if you have any questions.

Due to the online format of this course I understand that I may not receive any personalized instruction or adjustments as the instructor will not be able to see me clearly. By signing up for this course I hereby release Mark Horner from responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages I may incur while participating in the live classes and/or video recordings.
