new students through intermediate level:
-a mixed level
class based in the principles of Shadow Yoga. These classes
build a solid foundation in mind and body through working
the preparatory stances and seats, primary asanas, and basic
breath work. Bandhas are introduced.
- a relaxation
based class utilizing supported postures for deep rest and
rejuvenation. Some guided meditation is also included. Meets
one Saturday per month. Check schedule for dates.
- a preparatory
class to designed to open the joints and muscles and teach
the basics. Designed for those who want a gradual lead-in
for our regular Hatha Yoga classes.

4-12 sessions with each class building upon the previous class.
Students learn a sequential practice in depth. Preregistration
required, with drop-in available for students who meet the qualifications.
- we teach four Foundation Series on a continual rotating
basis. These meet weekly from 4 - 10 sessions and are by

- There are three Prelude Forms which are taught in multisession
courses. Please refer to the Training

these courses each student's practice is individualized
for their unique needs with the instructor providing hands-on
adjustment through the marma system. Knowledge of one of
the Shadow forms is required. This is the traditional way
of learning asana and brings faster progress than is possible
in a general group setting. Please refer to the Training
