- Our Foundations Course is offered on a continual basis.
It meets weekly for 7 sessions and is by pre-registration
with drop-in OK for repeats or Monthly Unlimited Memberships.
In this course students progressively learn a one-hour practice
form which will build strength, stamina, and flexiblity
combined with improved mental focus. It is designed to prepare
students to eventually learn the 3 Shadow Yoga Prelude Forms.

these courses each student's practice is individualized
for their unique needs with the instructor providing hands-on
adjustment through the marma system. Knowledge of one of
the Shadow forms is required. This is the traditional way
of learning asana and brings faster progress than is possible
in a general group setting. Please refer to the Individualized
